Latest update proves that ethical SEO pays off

Some of you might have noticed a change in PageRank yesterday. It's true, our beloved Google update has arrived! Some have expressed concern for their amount of backlinks since the numbers Google and Yahoo are displaying are considerably lower than before. Not to worry, according to SEO Forum, this might simply be a whiplash from Google recalculating backlinks. We've read on many forums that the situation should be resolved in a few days.

For some SEOers, the update had negative effects: lower PageRank or Greybar, lower SERPS or even... dispareance of their website from SERPS. Google is cracking harder than ever on people not following their rules. Most of them have felt the effects of the new algorithm, bringing to mind how important ethical website optimizing is. For our part, we can only say that the update has been as positive as it could be!
